Bulletin Boards

During these challenging times, it is now more important than ever to have the ability to instantly share information with members of your school community in a mobile-friendly format. With that in mind, we are thrilled to announce the all new Bulletin Board feature!

MC Bulletin Boards are designed to offer you the same type of flexible information-sharing capabilities as the traditional cork board that hangs on your wall. You can now share any file type (PDF, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, image files, and more) with customized groups of parents and/or staff members.

Public boards are a great choice to share administrative forms, classroom assignments for distance learning, permission slips, etc. - making it easy for parents to access when needed via the MC mobile app. Staff-only Boards are a safe and convenient way to keep track of IEPs, medical forms, evaluations, and other sensitive information.

The Bulletin Board works very similar to the Photos feature, enabling you to create a custom Board that can be shared with select groups of users. Files can be added or removed at any time, so the Boards can be modified as your needs change throughout the school year.

We hope this feature provides you with a great experience for file sharing and storage. Please note this feature will be rolled out to MC accounts over the next few days, so be sure to look for it next time you login. 

To create a new Bulletin Board, please follow these steps:

1. Go to <Bulletin Boards> in the left-side navigation panel.
2. Click the green "Create Board" button in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Enter a title for the Bulletin Board, a description if desired, upload any files you want, and then select the Viewers and/or Editors of the Board.
4. Click the green "Save" button.
