Step 4: Grid - Edit a recorded lesson

Now that you've recorded a lesson on the Record Keeping Grid, let's take a look at how to make changes to that record keeping entry. Follow these quick steps to try it out:

  1. Make sure you have the same category as in Step 3 selected on your Grid, and then click the "History Log" link in the upper right of the screen.
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the student's name. 
  3. Click on a different assessment level, or add a note.
  4. Remember to click the green "Save Record" button to save the changes.
